Edmund A. “Ed” Martin

Information and Solutions Provider

Ed Martin, President and Owner of Growth Services, has over 35 years of experience in both the public and private sectors including operating his own business. He has degrees in Business and Public Administration and worked in professional and management positions in Government, the Military and publicly held Corporations Growth Services was founded to help individuals, business and organizations maximize human potential for greater community and employer competitiveness.

While with the Missouri Department of Economic Development Ed served as Director for the Small and Existing Business Division and was Manager for the National Marketing Section, responsible for recruiting industry to Missouri. He held various management positions with a major national retailer including Human Resource responsibilities. In the U.S. Army Reserve as a Lieutenant Colonel he taught the Command and General Staff Course preparing Army Reserve and National Guard Officers for more responsible leadership positions. He has participated as a panelist in a National Workforce Conference sponsored by the Department of Labor and the Economic Development Administration in how Workforce and Economic Development Professionals can better integrate, coordinate and communicate their activities for stronger local development efforts.

Vicki Franklin

Vicki Franklin has a broad range of experience in office technology applications including project and office management. Her advanced office skills and skills in computer information systems have added a new dimension of effectiveness and efficiency for Growth Services.
