At the employer level Growth Services has formed a strategic business alliance with Profiles International, Inc. the nation’s leading developer and publisher of information tools for “people decisions.” With the support of Profiles’ internet-based assessment tools, we can deliver services to clients with three employees or 30,000 employees and deliver them with an unparalleled level of personalized service and customized design. At the community level Growth Services provides Workforce and Economic Development services for identifying strategic strengths and opportunities for growth and development and areas for improvement.

At the community and technical college level we provide “Education and Training Needs Assessments” from employers and High School Students on interests and skill training needs. This more closely assists and matches the supply and demand needs of employers and businesses in the area.
