Edmund A. "Ed" Martin has over 30 years in management and professional work experience with both the public and private sectors including operating his own business. Growth Services was founded to help private and public organizations maximize human potential. Along wth other processional designations, Ed was a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) for nearly 20 years.

Ed served as Director for the Small and Existing Business Section with the Missouri Department of Economic Development and was Manager for the National Marketing Section, responsible for marketing and recruiting industry to Missouri. He held various management positions with a major U.S. retailer at the local and regional level (including Human Resource oversight). As a U.S. Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel he held various unit positions and when assigned to the U.S. Army Reserve School he taught the Command and General Staff Course to Army Reserve and National Guard Officers.

Martin is a member of several professional and civic organizations including the Missouri Economic Development Council, the Central Missouri Chapter of American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Breakfast Rotary Club. He also attends numerous local and national seminars and workshops to keep abreast of current practices and products in his work.

David Forck has a broad range of experience in office technology applications including project and office management. He is a programmer with advanced office skills and computer information systems. David manages the GSG Technology Center, which includes Database and Web Hosting Services.

Dave is a graduate of Linn State Technical College with an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Programming. He has a broad background in software programs. David recently completed continuing education courses in Advanced SQL Server Administration and Database Implementation.
