Cannon Economic Development Consulting provides economic development services to communities and state agencies. Earl E. Cannon has over 41 years experience in economic development and was a Certified Economic Developer for nearly 30 years.

Mr. Cannon has a broad background in research including economic development research, the economic impact of projects and the preparation of presentations for companies considering Missouri for locations and expansion. He also has experience in Missouri's Financing and Tax Benefit Programs, that were part of the Business Support Services Group that he directed for the Missouri Department of Economic Development. He had been active in many statewide programs including the Missouri Quality Award Program and the Missouri Economic Development Council education programs. During the past 15 years he has done considerable work in strategic planning for economic planning and other purposes.

Parks Consulting, LLC is an information research services firm located in Jefferson City, Missouri. Dr. Arnold G. Parks is the President and Owner of the firm and previously a professor at Lincoln University, where he was honored as Professor Emeritus of Sociology.

Dr. Parks has conducted and completed numerous public and private sector projects at both the state and national level. He wrote the grant application funding a successful project for the Lincoln University Library. He has co-directed a national study on food stamp usage and conducted focus groups for the national White House Conference on Aging. His background and experience in research is recognized at the state and national level.
